About the Role
As a Revenue and Banking Analyst, you will be at the forefront of our Finance Services, driving digital transformation and supporting strategic initiatives. Working closely with the Manager, you'll leverage data analytics to optimise processes, streamline transactions, and ensure the University's financial health.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Proactively review processes, identify initiatives, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure client-centred service design.
  • Analyse operational activities to inform process and service improvements and develop solutions to meet evolving finance data needs.
  • Contribute to key Finance projects, prepare reports, and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.

Who we are looking for
We are seeking a proactive and collaborative individual with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. You will need excellent communication and time management abilities to thrive in our fast-paced environment. Experience with Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerBI is essential. Additional skills like Python, ERP systems, and Agile methodologies would be advantageous.

You will also have:

  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant area of expertise or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and education/training.
  • Sound proficiency with the full Microsoft Office suite of products
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerBI skills

This role requires the successful candidate to undergo and maintain an up-to-date Working with Children Check. This is essential to guarantee a secure environment for all individuals at the University. In the case the selected candidate doesn't have a valid Working with Children Check, they will be able to apply for the WWCC as part of the initial onboarding procedures.
