- The Education Fellow in Architectural Design will teach, develop curriculum, and support students in design studio and other architecture subjects at undergraduate and postgraduate levels.

About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate educator to contribute to the future of architectural design and related curriculum, teaching across both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. You will play a key role in shaping the curriculum, supporting student development, and advancing your own professional growth in a collaborative and dynamic environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Actively contributing to teaching delivery, subject communication, and administration of architecture subjects across undergraduate and postgraduate levels, including design studio subjects and broader offerings.
- Supporting the development and evaluation of curriculum and educational resources.
- Directly involved in student assessment, whilst maintaining the highest standards in assessment and student feedback.
Who We Are Looking For
We’re looking for individuals who demonstrate a passion for teaching, a commitment to student success, and the ability to collaborate in a dynamic environment, motivated by the opportunity to shape the future of architectural design and practice.
You will also have:
- A professional qualification and extensive relevant industry-based experience and/or PhD in the relevant discipline.
- Extensive relevant experience in teaching and teaching administration within the discipline, particularly in the context of large and/or transdisciplinary design, design studio, architecture practice and high performing design teaching.
- Demonstrated ability to prepare and deliver University teaching and learning materials, face to face (and online where relevant).
- Demonstrated ability to contribute positively, both individually and as part of a team, to educating, inspiring and supporting students.

This role requires that the successful candidate must undergo and maintain an up-to-date Working with Children Check. This is essential to guarantee a secure environment for all individuals at the University.
